Frontier Software in Australia has formed an alliance with Accenture to offer HR outsourcing services. The alliance combines Accenture’s global HR services business processing outsourcing capability with Frontier Software’s chris²¹ HR software.

The outsourcing solution is serviced from Accenture’s HR service centre in Melbourne and will enable organisations to avoid upfront costs such as software licence and update fees or implementation costs through paying a single monthly fee. Under the alliance, solutions will be available for attracting potential applicants, performance management, rewards and assisting their employees with post employment needs.

Frontier Software aim to deliver a complete solution to suit its clients’ needs. Many organisations have additional IT and business requirements in addition to HR and payroll, eg document management. We support this need by developing successful business connections throughout the world.
